We're proud to announce that Blitz LT Bamidele "Bam" Olaseni is departing this weekend for Garden City Community College, to pursue education and football.
The Garden City "Broncbusters" are currently the #1 ranked Junior College in the USA, winning their first ever national championship last season, beating Arizona Western in the El Toro Bowl in a nail-biting finish.
Bam, 21, joins a growing list of talented and dedicated Blitz alumni who have risen through the Blitz Under 19 programme, and who have gone on to pursue careers in American Football outside the UK. We're incredibly sorry to see him leave, but we know he has a bright career ahead of him. We look forward to watching many highlight reels of him 'pancaking' edge rushers in the very near future!
